Blue Haven Equity is led by Yuval Kadmon, an operator with a strong background in leadership and strategy. Yuval served as a naval officer in the Israeli Navy, where he led teams and managed complex operations, and later earned his MBA from Harvard Business School. He has since dedicated himself to building Blue Haven Equity, backed by experienced investors, with the goal of acquiring and nurturing a strong, enduring company. Yuval has a deep appreciation for what it takes to preserve a founder’s legacy while driving growth and long-term success.
